新时代的大学生是建设强国、复兴民族的重要力量。然而由于社会环境的迅速变化,大学生群体中出现的心理问题也日渐明显,有研究显示,约10%~20%的大学生存在不同程度的心理问题,这就需要高校认真加强大学生积极心理品质的培养。而积极心理学以培养积极心理品质为价值取向,致力于人的良好道德品德的形成,恰好与高校思政教育在促进学生发展的根本目标相契合。本文从二者结合的角度出发,应用孟万金与官群编制的《中国大学生积极心理品质量表》,以大学生思想政治面貌为自变量,旨在寻求培养大学生积极心理品质的创新方法,发现培育过程中的问题,完整发挥协同育人的优势。College students in the new era are an important force for building a strong country and reviving the nation. However, due to the rapid changes in the social environment, the psychological problems appearing in the college student group are becoming more and more obvious, and some studies show that about 10%~20% of college students have different degrees of psychological problems, which requires colleges and universities to seriously strengthen the cultivation of positive psychological qualities of college students.
