Objective: To investigate the quality of life and mental health in patients with psoriasis. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with psoriasis were assessed with SCL-90 and GQOLI and re-measured with GQOLI after 12-week treatment of medicine and psychotherapy. Results:(1)The patients’ scores in all SCL-90 factors (except the Interpersonal sensitivity and hostility) were significantly higher than those of the China normal( P <0.05);(2)Total scores of GQOLI of patients were lower than that of normal compared group.Conclusion:The patients with psoriasis showed poor mental health status and poor living quality.
