Highly Efficient and Versatile Acetalization of Glycol Catalyzed by Cupric p-Toluenesulfonate被引量:4

Acetalization of glycol with carbonyl compounds was carded out catalyzed by cupric p-toluenesulfonate. These carbonyl compounds included cyclohexanone, propionoaldehyde, n-butyraldehyde, /so-butyraldehyde, n-valeraldehyde, benzaldehyde and butanone. Satisfactory results were obtained: the conversions of these carbonyl compounds were more than 90%, the selectivities were higher than 99.1%, only 0.1% mole ratio of catalyst to substrate and 90 min were sufficient in most cases. The catalyst and products were separated easily by phase separation.

Promotion of Ionic Liquid to Dimethyl Carbonate Synthesis from Methanol and Carbon Dioxide被引量:8

Promotion of ionic liquid, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide (emimBr), to the synthesis of dimethyl car-bonate (DMC) from methanol and carbon dioxide in the presence of potassium carbonate and less amount of methyl iodide under mild conditions was investigated. The results showed that the high selectivity and raised yield of DMC was achieved due to the addition of emimBr in the reaction system. And effect of several reaction conditions such as temperature, pressure and amount of emimBr was discussed.

研究了在HMCM22沸石分子筛催化下乙二醇与环己酮、丁酮、丙酮、丙醛、丁醛、异丁醛、戊醛、异戊醛、正辛醛、苯甲醛等多种醛(酮)的缩合反应。重点研究了乙二醇与环己酮的反应条件,考察了反应时间、醛(酮)与醇的配比、HMCM22沸石的用量及催化剂重复使用等因素对反应的影响,优化了反应条件。结果表明,在醛(酮)与乙二醇物质的量比为1∶1.2、催化剂用量为2g/mol醛(酮)、反应2h的条件下,转化率可达90%以上,选择性可达99%以上。表明HMCM22沸石分子筛对该缩合反应有较好的催化活性和选择性。

以Hβ沸石为催化剂,研究了环己酮、丁酮、丙酮、丙醛、丁醛、异丁醛、戊醛、异戊醛、正辛醛、苯甲醛十种醛(酮)与乙二醇的缩合反应。系统考察了反应时间、醛(酮)与醇的配比、Hβ沸石的用量及催化剂重复使用等因素对缩合反应的影响,优化了反应条件。实验结果表明,在醛(酮)与乙二醇摩尔比为1∶1.2、催化剂用量(0.1m ol醛(酮))为0.2g、反应时间2h的条件下,大多数醛(酮)转化率可达90%以上,缩醛(酮)选择性可达98%以上。证明Hβ沸石对该缩合反应有较高的催化活性和选择性。

研究了以异丁醛和2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇(TMPD)为原料,HY沸石分子筛为催化剂合成了青叶口恶烷的反应,考察了醛醇比、反应时间、带水剂、催化剂用量与其循环使用性对该反应的影响。结果表明:与传统催化体系相比,该体系不仅具有相当的转化率和选择性,而且具有催化剂分离简单、可循环使用的优点。

Cyclotrimerization of Aliphatic Aldehydes Catalyzed by Ionic Liquids被引量:1

Aliphatic aldehydes such as ethanal, propanal, n-butanal, isobutyraldehyde, n-valeraldehyde, isovaleraldehyde, n-hexanal and n-octanal were converted into the corresponding 2.4,6-trialkyl-1,3,5-trioxanes through cyclotrimerization in the presence of the ferric chloride based ionic liquids at room temperature without solvent in high selectivity. The effects of different ionic liquids, acidity of ionic liquids and temperature on cyclotrimerization were also studied. The results showed that the ferric chloride based ionic liquids (apparent molar fraction of FeCl3 (x(FeCl3)= 0.62)) were a kind of efficient catalysts for the cyclotrimerization of aliphatic aldehyde which could be separated conveniently from the reaction mixture and recycled without loss of catalytic activity. The conversion of isobutyraldehyde and the selectivity to 2,4,6-triisopropyl-1,3,5-trioxane were 91.1% and 99.8% respectively under optimum reaction condition (isobutyraldehyde 25.0 g, [Et3NH]Cl/FeCl3 (x(FeCl3)=0.62) 1.0 g, 25 ℃ for 1 h).

Mesoporous molecular sieves Al-MSU-S has been prepared from the precursor of zeolite Y using ionic liquids 1-hexadecane-3-methylimidazolium bromide (CMIMB) as a template in basic medium, which exhibited larger pore diameter, pore volume and surface area than that synthesized using cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) template.
