隧道超挖超耗管控措施研究

隧道的超挖超耗管控是绿色低碳时代背景下工程界最关心的难题,对施工企业的成本控制和效益提升具有重要意义。以武两高速XFS隧道为背景,系统总结了隧道超挖超耗的10类影响因素和常见对策,包括围岩条件、施工参数、测量放样、爆破方案、钻孔质量、喷射混凝土回弹率、预留变形量、物资设备性能、作业人员水平和现场施工管控。分析了XFS隧道超挖超耗的原因,并制定了加强地质预报和超前支护施作,减小开挖进尺;动态调整爆破方案,严格炮孔质量检查;引入超细改性硅微粉优化配合比,提高喷射工艺水平;加强现场施工管控,制定超挖超耗管控办法,落实作业人员的激励奖惩等措施。措施执行后,XFS隧道平均超挖由30.1 cm降低至16.6 cm,综合超耗由173.7%降低至100.7%。

Role of the Greenland Sea ice anomaly in the late-spring drought over Northwest China

Drought across Northwest China in late spring has exerted a vital effect on the local climate and agricultural production,and has been alleviated during the past decades.This study explored the influence of the preceding Arctic sea ice on the May drought in Northwest China caused by the precipitation deficit.Further analysis indicated that when the Greenland Sea ice concentration is abnormally high during February to April,the dry conditions in Northwest China tend to be alleviated.The increase of sea ice in the Greenland Sea can excite a meridional circulation,which causes sea surface temperature(SST)anomalies in the North Atlantic via the sea-air interaction,manifested as significant warm SST anomalies over the south of Greenland and the subtropical North Atlantic,but negative SST anomalies over the west of the Azores.This abnormal SST pattern maintains to May and triggers a zonal wave train from the North Atlantic through Scandinavia and Central Asia to Northwest China,leading to abnormal cyclones in Northwest China.Consequently,Northwest China experiences a more humid climate than usual.

过膨胀循环发动机配气相位偏差对充气模型精度的影响

为提高过膨胀循环发动机充气模型精度,改善发动机性能及提高整车动态工况混合气控制,需精确控制发动机进气凸轮轴的相位。本文分析了进气凸轮轴的开启时刻与关闭时刻对充气模型的影响原理,从理论上分析了相位偏差对充气模型精度的影响,并通过试验验证不同相位偏差对充气模型精度的影响情况,为满足充气模型的偏差不超过±5%的精度需求,进气相位偏差需要控制在±1.5℃A范围内。提出了通过控制装配机械相位精度及增加ECU相位偏差自学习模型的方式,修正进气相位偏差对充气模型的影响,经过试验验证了相位偏差控制的效果。

Interannual variability of boreal summer intraseasonal oscillation over the northwestern Pacific influenced by the Pacific Meridional Mode

During the boreal summer,intraseasonal oscillations exhibit significant interannual variations in intensity over two key regions:the central-western equatorial Pacific(5°S-5°N,150°E-150°W)and the subtropical Northwestern Pacific(10°-20°N,130°E-175°W).The former is well-documented and considered to be influenced by the ENSO,while the latter has received comparatively less attention and is likely influenced by the Pacific Meridional Mode(PMM),as suggested by partial correlation analysis results.To elucidate the physical processes responsible for the enhanced(weakened)intraseasonal convection over the subtropical northwestern Pacific during warm(cold)PMM years,the authors employed a moisture budget analysis.The findings reveal that during warm PMM years,there is an increase in summer-mean moisture over the subtropical northwestern Pacific.This increase interacts with intensified vertical motion perturbations in the region,leading to greater vertical moisture advection in the lower troposphere and consequently resulting in convective instability.Such a process is pivotal in amplifying intraseasonal convection anomalies.The observational findings were further verified by model experiments forced by PMM-like sea surface temperature patterns.

基于空中计算CoMAC架构的不同计算场景叠加符号判决算法

本文研究不同场景下基于空中计算的多址信道计算(CoMAC)架构的覆盖符号决策算法。首先,从理论上分析了XOR、ADD、MOD三种场景中加性高斯白噪声(AWGN)多址接入信道下叠加符号的概率密度分布,提出了一种基于先验概率的最优门限判决策略。其次,推导了系统最优门限及对应误码率的理论表达式。最后,通过仿真验证了不同信噪比、传感器节点个数及先验概率对于该门限判决方案的鲁棒性和可靠性的影响。与通信计算相分离的传统方案相比,空中计算判决方案具有更好的检测性能,为多址接入信道下的信号识别提供了新的参考方案。

公众环境关注度对生态全要素生产率的影响——以中国主要城市群为例

文章以2011—2022年中国三大城市群地级市面板数据为研究基础,利用空间杜宾模型分析公众环境关注度对地区生态全要素生产率的影响作用。研究发现:公众环境关注度对地区生态全要素生产率的提升有明显的空间溢出效应;公众环境关注度对生态全要素生产率的影响并非短期存在,而是具有长期效应的特征,并呈现边际递增趋势;在有为政府和有效市场的调节作用下,公众环境关注度能够更好地发挥对生态全要素生产率提升的促进作用,从而实现政府、企业与公众三方之间的有机结合。研究结论可为健全生态环境治理体系、提升城市群绿色发展水平提供有益参考。

Thermospheric neutral wind studies over the equatorial region:A review

Thermospheric neutral winds(TNWs)refer to the neutral gases in the thermosphere circulating as tides,which play a crucial role in the dynamics of the thermosphere-ionosphere system(TIS).Global geospace neutral winds,particularly over the magnetic equator,have been a subject of study for several decades.However,despite the known importance of neutral winds,a comprehensive understanding and characterization of the winds is still lacking.Various ground-based and satellite missions have provided valuable information on the contribution of neutral winds to the global atmospheric dynamics.However,efforts in the global monitoring of neutral winds are still lacking,and the drivers behind the behavior of TNWs as well as their influence on the TIS remain incomplete.To address these knowledge gaps in the global circulation of TNWs,it is crucial to develop a deep understanding of the neutral wind characteristics over different regions.The low-latitude equatorial region in particular has been observed to exert complex influences on TNWs because of the unique effects of the Earth’s magnetic field at the dip equator.Studying neutral winds over this region will provide valuable insights into the unique dynamics and processes that occur in this region,thereby enhancing our understanding of their role in the overall dynamics of the TIS.Additionally,through empirical observations,an improved ability to accurately model and predict the behavior of this region can be achieved.This review article addresses challenges in understanding equatorial winds by reviewing historical measurements,current missions,and the interactions of ionospheric and thermospheric phenomena,emphasizing the need for comprehensive measurements to improve global atmospheric dynamics and weather forecasting.

论“慎捕”的法规范控制体系及实践问题破解

历次修法中涉及逮捕的制度机制的演进轨迹和条文变化的内在逻辑表明,为实现“慎捕”目标,《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》(以下简称《刑事诉讼法》)已初步构筑起一套结构严谨、衔接有序、层次分明的关于逮捕权的法规范控制体系。该体系在事前的权力配置阶段“两次分离”逮捕权,以具体社会危险性评估为重心改造逮捕要件;在事中的权力行使阶段以“兼听则明”为原则设计了充分听取控辩双方意见的审查逮捕机制;在事后的权力制约阶段要求检察院、法院及时纠正撤销错捕决定,释放犯罪嫌疑人。从司法办案的角度来看,现有的法规范控制体系在规则制定和程序执行时仍有不足和缺漏,如逮捕权分离不彻底,控辩意见“兼听”机制保障不充分,径行逮捕条件设计机械、不周延,当事人对错捕的救济途径缺失等。本轮《刑事诉讼法》修改应坚持“实践—规范”的互动逻辑,关注司法实践,将解决和弥补逮捕中的权力运行失范和权利保障不足等现实问题作为修法方向,破难题、开新局,不断推动中国刑事诉讼法治现代化进程。

四履带式甘蔗收割机越障性能仿真与试验

目前,甘蔗主产地有广西、云南等地区,甘蔗主产区以丘陵山地为主。轮式底盘甘蔗收割机通过性差而无法在狭窄、连绵起伏等复杂坡面作业,需要一种能够适应丘陵山区的甘蔗收割机。为此,设计了一款三角履带式甘蔗收割机,底盘是由前三角履带轮和后平履带轮构成的4履带行走系统,后履带偏摆转向。同时,对该机的结构参数、履带底盘在翻越垂直壁和跨越壕沟过程中的越障性能进行分析,得出4履带式甘蔗收割机履带底盘越障性能与其结构参数的内在联系;建立了该机的多体动力学模型,在RecurDyn软件中模拟了该机在不同的参数下的动力学性能,并对样机进行越障试验验证。验证试验表明:车辆能够跨越高为18 cm的固体垂直障碍,与仿真数据相比,实际测得的俯仰角、横摆角和翻滚角的幅值变化符合预期,车辆俯仰角波动幅值超过5°,甘蔗收割机的俯仰现象明显;翻滚角变化幅值达到3°,车辆通过障碍时,需要考虑其他因素导致车辆的俯仰角变化;跨越宽为50 cm、高18 cm壕沟时,安全通过壕沟;车辆的翻滚角变化明显,幅值最大相差2°,说明此时车辆左右两边履带的颠簸较为严重,但车辆总体越障稳定性较好。研究成果可为甘蔗收割机结构设计与改进、增强作业安全性提供关键技术支持,具有重要的参考价值。
