Objective: in this paper, the effect and effect of bilateral pudendal nerve block anesthesia combined with unprotected perineal delivery strategy were studied and analyzed, which is relatively important for domestic pregnant women. Methods: retrospective analysis was adopted in this study. The study subjects were 200 pregnant women admitted to our hospital. All the study subjects were informed and signed the consent form. According to the different nursing intervention methods, the study objects were divided into observation group and control group, and the actual nursing intervention effect data and information were compared, analyzed and recorded. Results: after bilateral pudendal nerve block anesthesia combined with unprotected perineal delivery results recording and analysis, it can be found that the observation group of patients nursing effect is better, and significantly better than the control group of patients, data comparison, there is statistical significance P < 0.05. Conclusion: in the process of actual maternal clinical delivered work, bilateral pudendal nerve block anesthesia with unprotected perineum delivering strategy has important clinical value and effect, after use, nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group also got certain ascend, can significantly improve the quality of life of maternal and nursing satisfaction, can promote anesthesia effect, shorten the maternal labor.
