近年来,职业教育的发展备受瞩目,许多学者也将关注的焦点转向了高职学生的职业核心能力培养问题,形成了不少研究成果。本文从高职学生职业核心能力的内涵、现状、培养策略这三个方面出发,梳理并归纳专家学者们对高职学生职业核心能力培养的研究成果。最后就当前对高职学生职业核心能力培养的研究中出现的问题提出今后的研究方向,以期为职业教育的发展提供一定的参考。In recent years, the development of vocational education has attracted much attention, and many scholars have also shifted their focus to the cultivation of vocational core competencies for vocational college students, resulting in many research achievements. This article starts from three aspects: the connotation, current situation, and cultivation strategies of vocational core competencies for vocational college students, and summarizes the research results of experts and scholars on the cultivation of vocational core competencies for vocational college students. Finally, future research directions are proposed based on the problems that have arisen in the current research on the cultivation of vocational core competencies for vocational college students, in order to provide some reference for the development of vocational education.
