随着生物–医学–社会医学模式的产生与发展,护理心理学也随之发展。护理心理学作为护理学和心理学的交叉学科,在临床护理工作中发挥着重要作用。人是一个整体,老年慢病患者在患病期间出现的焦虑、抑郁等负性心理状况同时影响着疾病的治疗与康复。因此,本文主要对近些年护理心理学在老年慢病患者中的应用现况进行总结。通过对国内外主要数据库进行文献检索,分别从护理心理学在老年心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、慢性呼吸系统疾病和癌症患者中的应用进行整理、叙述,并对其中存在的共性问题提出相关建议,旨在为当前我国护理心理学的研究和发展提供文献参考。With the emergence and development of the biomedical social medicine model, nursing psychology has also developed accordingly. Nursing psychology, as an interdisciplinary field between nursing and psychology, plays an important role in clinical nursing work. People are a whole, and the negative psychological conditions such as anxiety and depression that elderly patients with chronic diseases experience during their illness also affect the treatment and recovery of the disease. Therefore, this article mainly summarizes the current application status of nursing psychology in elderly patients with chronic diseases in recent years. Through literature retrieval from major databases at home and abroad, the application of nursing psychology in elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, chronic respiratory diseases, and cancer was sorted out and described, and relevant suggestions were put forward for the common problems, in order to provide references for the current research and development of nursing psychology in China.
